BannerFreeAZ documents the record of Banner Health — cases, complaint patterns, and regulatory and legal actions — in one sourced, cross-referenced place, so patients and the public can see what the record actually shows. It is being built now; specific content is added only as documented material comes in and is verified.

This is a noncommercial project. It sells nothing, solicits no donations, and runs no advertising. It is published in the public interest as documentation and commentary on the conduct of a large healthcare organization — a matter of legitimate public concern.

Every documented claim is tied to a specific, checkable source — a document, dated correspondence, a public record, or reputable coverage. Nothing is published from memory, inference, or general reputation. Lawsuit allegations are labeled as allegations unless resolved. This site's subject is a private organization rather than a government body. We hold ourselves to the sourcing standard above with particular care for that reason: the latitude that applies to comment on a public official's public conduct is narrower for a private company, so factual claims here are documented, and characterizations are clearly presented as opinion drawn from that documented record.
