On every case and accountability page, the documented record lists only entries tied to a specific, checkable source: a filing or public document, dated correspondence, a regulatory record, or reputable coverage. Each entry shows what backs it. If we can't source it, it doesn't go in the record.
Specific claims about the organization are drafted only after the underlying material is in hand and verified — never from general reputation, inference, or a single unverified complaint. This is why the site launches with structure and resources, and fills in as documented material arrives.
A lawsuit that has only been filed proves nothing on its own. We describe what was alleged and mark it unproven. We state a resolved result — a settlement or a judgment — only when there is one to point to, with its source.
Characterization is opinion, not record. It appears in a visually distinct, clearly-labeled block tied to the documented entries it draws on — never blended into the factual record. Because this site's subject is a private organization rather than a public official, we apply that separation with extra care.
